From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome. I suffer from anxiety so that helped a great deal! The dentist Adesh who helped me with my tooth extraction was wonderful. He explained everything to me and gave me breathing exercises to help me get through the appointment! His assistant Echo was also lovely and that helped as well. 😃

I have been coming to this dentist since I can remember and have recently been moved over to John. He is the best dentist I’ve ever seen! As someone who suffers with anxiety he is so calm and reassuring. I used to avoid coming to the dentist but now I feel so safe and not judged at all. Also to the lovely dental nurse Amber I believe her name is! So lovely and welcoming. Thank you so much ☺️

This is from Kathleen Hindle. I recently had a set of dentures designed by Raelene Ssambrook. I did not have many teeth left and the new dentures are made to complement the existing teeth. Raelene spotted that one molar showed underlying infection, and I had to have the tooth removed. Overall, the treatment was brilliant. I am delighted with the dentures. I have been attending Biggleseade Dental Centre for quite some time. Previously Ballard and Tucker.
I visited today (10/10/25) to see the hygienist. The reception staff are very efficient and I always receive a warm welcome.
I hadn't seen a hygienist for a while - I was a little apprehensive. He was a lovely guy and seemed to know when I needed a break, allowing me to interrupt the cleaning process for a moment.
He was very thorough. Helpful too when going over how to use the teepee brushes.
I am very pleased with the treatment I received today - thank you.

I arrived slightly apprehensive - for my treatment - (Wisdom Tooth Extractions)!
However, all went exceedingly well. I left, expressing my thanks for the reception and the efficient, painless extractions.

I was extremely anxious having to attend BDC to have my tooth out but the dental nurse was lovely and calmed me instantly. The dentist was calm and confident in doing the extraction. Both were very supportive and kind and made the whole experience much more positive for me. Thank you.

Rita is always friendly and very good at her job. Would recommend her anytime. The practice, however, is very money centric and are always very keen to push other services. Prices are very high (£1000 for a front tool cap!) which has prompted me to try a new dentist for a comparison. Would recommend if you are lucky enough to not have too many money worries.

I've been visiting this practice for many years now and never had any issues with standards of customer service and treatment. In recent years Georgina Price has been my dentist and she could not be more friendly, reassuring when required, and efficient. For many years in the past I was a very nervous and reluctant patient but I'm now always happy to have my two visits per year.

Easily and by far the best dentist I’ve ever had (and I’ve had ALOT). Everyone from the ladies on reception, the dental assistants and the dentists themselves are such a pleasure to deal with. But my special thanks will go to Dr John Calvert. He’s just an absolute star who, I believe, always goes above and beyond what could be expected of a dentist. His kindness, his understanding, his expertise, put pay to my nerves and so many bad past experiences. For that, I’m forever in his debt. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful dentists.

Had tooth extracted about 2 months ago, Bhav, the surgeon and his dental nurse couldn’t have been nicer. It was quite a lengthy procedure but they were both so calm throughout it rubbed off on me, thankfully ! Bhav explained that I would probably experience some bruising to my face, he wasn’t wrong, but glad he warned me otherwise I may have panicked. Went back today for a check up and all ok, again Bhav and the nurse both very pleasant. Would thoroughly recommend this dental care centre.

I am an extremely anxious person and haven't been to a dentist for approx 5 years. I have had a toothache on and off for a few months now, and needed to go! Although the outcome is an extraction, the empathy and care was amazing. I now need to pluck up courage for the removal, but they made me feel at ease and absolutely no pressure. Highly recommended 👌🏼

Jason is always so lovely. Explains everything, tells you what you’re doing right and what more you could do. My young son has also seen him a few times now and he’s always happy to see him and vice versa. As an NHS patient I feel sometimes you can get belittled, but this is absolutely not the case. His assistants are always kind and friendly and good with my son too.

It's a very nice place, the dentist i see is brilliant,his gentle and explains everything he is going to do, the only 1 thing I could complain about is, my appt was for 2.00pm and I wasn't seen till 2.35

Iv'e never had an issue with this Dental Surgery. I had a bad experience with my old Dentist back in 1995 which stopped me seeing another until 2022 and that was the Biggleswade Dental Centre who made me welcome, at ease and helped overcome my fear of dentistry. Really pleasant Dentist (Mr Calvert) and fantastic staff. Highly HIGHLY recommended.

Very welcoming practice. All staff I have encountered have been very helpful and friendly. I am having treatment from Dr Nader Fallah and I have been very happy with the care I received. He was informative and explained everything very carefully. The dental nurse was also amazing checking I was ok throughout the procedure. Highly recommend.

Great experience at Biggleswade Dental Centre today, this was our second visit to the practice for a first fitting of braces. This was a new experience for us as no one else in the family has needed braces before and our 12 Yr old took it their stride! We saw Ruby and Nilma today who fitted the braces, both had a very calm and experienced approach, superb communication explaining each part of the process. We were given the next appointment straight away afterwards at the reception desk and are looking forward to seeing the team there in the not to distant future. The cleanliness of the practice is superb and the team members well presented. Would 100% recommend this dental practice!

I had a very positive experience at the practice. The dentist was professional, polite, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The reception team were friendly and welcoming too.
There was a little bit of confusion around the cost of additional treatment and products, which could have been clearer — having prices listed somewhere and providing a breakdown on the receipt would really help improve transparency.
Overall though, I felt well cared for and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you!

Jon is the best dentist he is amazing with our autistic son he makes even the most nervous patient calm!

The Staff are all very friendly and always helpful. Mr. Calvert is a very professional and knowledgeable dentist. Their patient care is some of the best available. They take the time to talk you through any and every procedure and give you options to choose the best course of treatment for yourself as well as giving you what I consider to be their honest advice. I honestly believe I am in safe hands when I go there.
